Cancellation Policy

I acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Dog Zone Services, located in Cranbrook, B.C., and its owner, Kris Downey CPDT-KA, in consideration of my participation in the training classes provided: Release and Indemnification: I release, hold harmless, and indemnify Kris Downey CPDT-KA of Dog Zone Services, their employees, and authorized agents (hereafter referred to as "the Releasees") from any claims, actions, costs, expenses, or demands arising from my participation in the training classes or transportation to and from training locations, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I further agree not to sue the Releasees. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge the inherent risks involved in participating in training classes offered by Dog Zone Services and accept full responsibility for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred by me or my dog during participation. Waiver of Notice: I waive any notice of conditions, dangers, or risks associated with the training classes. Limitation of Authorization: I understand that participation in the training classes does not qualify me as a canine trainer authorized to teach the techniques learned to others. My participation is solely for applying these techniques to my own dog(s). Notification of Dog's Condition: I agree to notify Dog Zone Services if my dog has been, is, or becomes affected by any injury or disease. Financial Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for all expenses incurred during participation in training classes. I also agree to reimburse Dog Zone Services for any agreed-upon dog-related equipment or expenses within 24 hours of receiving the equipment or incurring the expenses. Compliance with Laws: I agree to comply with all applicable by-laws, statutes, and regulations of the City of Cranbrook and surrounding areas, including ensuring my dog is free from communicable diseases. Entire Agreement: I acknowledge that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and that no representations or warranties have been made except as outlined in this document. No Alteration of Terms: I understand that no employee or authorized agent of Dog Zone Services is permitted to alter the terms of this agreement.
