Dear Valued Play and Train Clients,
We hope this message finds you and your furry companions in good health. We wanted to inform you about a temporary change in our operations due to the current cold weather conditions and limited indoor space. Some of the dogs love the cold. Unfortunately It is also very hard on my body to be in the cold for 10 + hours.
As we all know, the winter season can bring challenging weather conditions, making it difficult for us to provide a safe and comfortable environment for your beloved pets. We understand that your pets' well-being is of the utmost importance to you, and we share the same sentiment. To ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close down our doggy daycare facility during this period of extreme cold weather.
Please rest assured that this closure is only temporary, and our primary concern is the well-being and safety of your dogs. We do not have adequate indoor space to accommodate all the dogs comfortably during the colder months, which is why this temporary closure is necessary.
The closure will be in effect from DECEMBER 1ST and is expected to last until March. During this time, we encourage you to make alternative arrangements for your pet's care, such as at-home care or finding an indoor facility with appropriate accommodations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
For clients with existing packages:
We understand that many of you have prepaid for daycare services through package purchases. To ensure that you receive the full value of your investment, we are offering two options:
Package Usage When We Reopen: You can choose to keep your remaining daycare sessions in your package to use when we reopen. Rest assured that any unused sessions will be available for your pets once we resume normal operations.
Training Credit: Alternatively, if you prefer not to wait for our reopening, we are also offering the option to convert the remaining balance in your package into training credit. This credit can be applied to future dog training services at our facility.
We will be closely monitoring the weather conditions and will keep you updated on any changes to our closure status. Once the weather improves, and we can guarantee a safe and comfortable environment for your pets, we will resume normal operations.
If you have any questions or concerns or wish to discuss your package or training credit options, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email.
Thank you for your trust in Dog Zone Services, and we look forward to welcoming your furry friends back when it is safe and suitable for their enjoyment.
Warm regards,
Kris Donnelly
